IP Democracy: Podcasting DIY Tutorial in NYT

The New York Times is a treasure trove of articles on IP media today. One piece, by Anne Eisenberg, is a pretty good tutorial on how to make podcasts. The basic message is that podcasting is cheap, with start-up costs of, well, basically nothing. The piece quotes scriptingnews’ Dave Winer saying that he actually prefers minimal gear for the production of podcasts.
